Since 2004, I have been devoted to the real estate industry helping many happy clients in selling/buying their dream homes in the Greater Vancouver Area. So naturally, you can rest assured dealing with me comes with experience and expertise! More than 50% of my business are from past client referrals because I understand the importance of building client relationships based on trust and results. I purchased and sold my own properties throughout the years and my promise to you is that I would never suggest or advise you to do anything that I wouldn't do myself when selling my own home. More importantly, my relationship with each client is a partnership in which both parties have responsibilities to each other, while sharing a common goal.
